Andrea Gaspar is currently a junior at the University of California Irvine pursuing a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies. As a student of color and community organizer she has been involved in the student-led movement since 2006. Furthermore, she has actively participated in national, statewide and institutional campaigns to pass bills, such as, Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR), the DREAM ACT, and the California DREAM ACT. As the 2011-2012 Campus Organizing Director, Andrea looks forward to build a strong unity between UC Irvine, and all UC’s Students to efficiently advocate for an affordable and quality education.
